Separate the main dish? Another page?
Korean/Chinese/Japanese
Also your post.. turn it into pages.. So even if sometimes we are absent we can always go to previous pages and check what we’ve missed :))

Just make a Category between Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. Aside from that, this site looks fine as it is.
